Targeting is the product, not the upsell
Every Regional tier reaches the same pool. You choose the state, the verified city and the carrier when you generate the batch — not at checkout — so a drop that moves from a Texas exclusive to a California one does not need a new plan.
State-wide batches
Spread a job across every carrier operating in a supported state when you need the region but not the metro. A 200-line batch lands across several carriers and several cities rather than stacking on one subnet.
Verified city precision
Pin sessions to a verified city token we have actually driven traffic through. City targeting always carries its state with it, so a request for Austin cannot silently resolve to an Austin somewhere else.
Consumer ISP weighting
Auto mode spreads a batch across the carriers in that state weighted by residential footprint, so the mix looks like a population of households. Or name the carriers yourself and take only those.
Built for drops, not for dashboards
No mystery. We optimised for the ninety seconds that decide a drop, and we say out loud what the network cannot do.
More than one upstream
ISP and datacenter run on one supplier. Residential runs on another. A third is built, priced and held back until it proves it can enforce a hard limit. One supplier having a bad night is meant to be our problem, not your drop.
Geo is included, not surcharged
The 10 GB Regional plan reaches exactly the same 46 states, 1,663 cities and 15 carriers as the 50 GB one. There is no premium-location tier, no per-city fee and no “contact us for state targeting”.
Regional does cost more per gigabyte than standard residential, because target filters bill at twice the upstream rate. That is the whole reason, and it is the only one.
Credentials when the charge clears
No approval queue, no onboarding call, no sales engineer to get past. Provisioning runs on the payment webhook and the lines are in your dashboard before you have closed the Stripe tab.
And we cap ourselves upstream at 105% of what you bought, so a stuck meter on our side cannot quietly run your allowance past the number on your invoice.

Proxy access does not guarantee queue placement or checkout success. More proxy lines do not create more bandwidth or more purchases. What a session type changes is whether your route survives the task — not whether the retailer sells you the item. Results vary with the site, the drop and your own tooling.
Seven live families, one dashboard
Each panel is the whole product: what it does, what it costs per unit as the tier rises, and the specific thing it cannot do.
Standard residential
Two separate live networks sold side by side. Residential Pool A is our original live network; Residential Pool B is a different network at a lower price. Both do country-level targeting with sticky or rotating sessions. Neither does state or city — that is Regional.
- Sticky for up to four hours, or rotate on every request
- Buying more data refills one bank — it does not replace your credentials
- Auto-replenish is deliberately not available here; it is on mobile, regional and metered datacenter
- Country targeting is a strong preference, not enforcement: on a 2026-08-24 test about 10% of US-targeted exits were visible to Cloudflare as non-US
Pool C is live at $1.90–$3.50/GB. Its bandwidth limit is a hard stop we have measured, and every country we offer on it has been driven through the live gateway and checked against where the traffic actually came out. Two things to know before you buy: exits are only predictable when you pick a country, which the generator does for you, and failed or retried requests still count against your bandwidth.
Pool B — effective price per GB
Bar length is the price beside it. Per-GB falls every time the quota rises — that is a rule the catalogue enforces, not a launch offer.
Regional — state & city
Premium residential with the targeting stack switched on. Choose one of 46 states, optionally one of 1,663 verified city tokens inside it, and one or more of 15 named consumer ISPs — all at generation time.
- A city selection always carries its state, so it cannot resolve to the wrong Springfield
- Auto mode weights carriers by residential footprint; a large batch spans several metros and every carrier in the state
- Every tier reaches the same pool. The bigger plan buys gigabytes, never access
- We do not promise no-reissue or IP exclusivity here. Through a gateway that is a promise the architecture cannot keep, so we do not make it
Regional is our most expensive residential product because target filters bill at twice the upstream rate. We would rather explain the multiplier than bury it in a “premium” label.

Mobile bandwidth
Carrier-assigned mobile routes with country-level targeting and sticky or rotating sessions. The right choice when the surface you are hitting treats a mobile network differently from a home connection.

Premium ISP — dedicated static IPs
Static addresses registered to a consumer ISP in Los Angeles, across multiple subnets, yours for the month. Billed per IP, not per gigabyte, so there is no meter to watch and nothing to run out of mid-task.

Honest positioning: this is not our cheapest-per-IP product and it is not meant to be. It is the one to buy when a task needs the same residential-looking route every time; buy datacenter IPs when a fixed address is all you need.

Datacenter — bandwidth or dedicated IPs
The cheapest throughput in the catalogue, in two shapes. Metered datacenter bandwidth gives you unlimited IP access with a gigabyte allowance; dedicated packs give you fixed addresses with no meter at all.
- Metered tiers refill one customer-level bank — a 20 GB top-up after a 10 GB plan does not issue you a second set of credentials
- Country-level targeting, sticky or rotating, auto-replenish supported, and you pick the country before checkout
- Server-hosted addresses. Sites that filter datacenter ranges will filter these — use them for monitoring volume, not for the checkout
Effective unit price
Red bars are per GB, green bars are per IP per month. Two different units, so they are never compared to each other.
Every price, on one page, with the unit rate beside it
Billed monthly in US dollars. No setup fee, no minimum term, cancel from the dashboard. Bandwidth plans meter gigabytes; dedicated-IP plans include unlimited bandwidth. Every row carries its effective unit price, because a headline price with no unit rate is how proxy pricing pages hide a bad deal.
Residential Pool A is our original live network. Residential Pool B is a separate live standard network at lower prices, positioned as a Lower Tier pool. Regional gives every tier the same access to verified US state, verified city and consumer ISP targeting, selected when proxy lines are generated. Metered datacenter bandwidth is live too, with country-level targeting.

Competitor figures are public list prices, read from the sellers’ own pricing pages on 2026-08-24 and 2026-08-25. We do not name them, we have not re-checked since that date, and a price range is not a like-for-like comparison — pool quality, session behaviour and support all differ, and none of that is captured by a number. Our own figures are the catalogue above, which is the same data the checkout charges from.
